Shipping policy

    • At Elegant Hush, we take great care in delivering your products to you in the best possible way.
    • The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.We partner only with nationally reputed couriers and our courier partners always make sure to deliver the shipment on time. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to unforeseen circumstances. 
    • Orders are shipped within 3 days from the date of the order and/or payment and delivery of the shipment will be done within 5-10 days from the date of order.
    • Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.
    • Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
    • Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
    •  If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
    • Shipping is free all over India.
    • We will only ship products to the address given by you on our website at the time of placing the order. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. We ship to all locations in India.
    • As soon as your product is shipped, we will email you a package tracking information so that you can track your packet during transit.
